Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a Diabetes Clinical Educator (DCE) to deliver training, education, and ongoing support for patients using MiniMed products. The DCE ensures optimal patient outcomes through effective product training and works closely with the Clinical Territory Manager and Clinical District Manager, providing education across multiple territories.

This is a field-based position that will support our New York/Long Island/New Jersey Region.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid license in one or more of the following: CDCES, RN, RD, PA, NP, Pharmacist.
• Associate’s Degree with 2 years of clinical experience or Bachelor’s Degree with 0 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates individual and group education—both in-person and virtually—on MiniMed products, including webinars and trainings.
• Provides ongoing patient educational support via calls and outreach to recapture or re-engage patients.
• Coordinates and plans group trainings with territory teams, including logistics and post-event follow-up.
• Submits accurate training documents within 48 hours of session completion.
• Collaborates with territory teams on therapy changes and patient follow-up with healthcare professionals.
• Participates in district and territory planning sessions.
