Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a Diabetes Clinical Educator (DCE) to deliver training, education, and ongoing support for patients using MiniMed products. The DCE works with Clinical Territory and District Managers, providing education across multiple territories.

The role is field-based, supporting NY/Long Island/NJ region, with in-field 2–3 days weekly and remote the rest; occasional travel within territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Must hold one of the listed licenses (CDCES, RN, RD, PA, NP, Pharmacist).
• Associate’s Degree with 2+ years clinical experience or Bachelor’s Degree with 0 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates individual and group education—in-person and virtual—on MiniMed products.
• Provides ongoing patient educational support via calls and pilot training initiatives.
• Coordinates and plans group trainings and events with territory teams and training goals.
• Submits training documents within 48 hours of sessions.
• Collaborates with territory teams on therapy changes and patient follow-up.
• Participates in district and territory planning sessions.
