Job summary

goTenna is seeking a Growth Lead for the U.S. Marine Corps based in Fairfax, VA, with hybrid work. You will design and execute growth strategies, align funding pathways, and drive revenue across Marine Corps programs from initial engagements to enterprise opportunities.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong sales and capture leadership, and the ability to navigate defense funding processes while building trusted customer partnerships and cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in defense technology sales and growth initiatives for USMC programs.
• Ability to develop and communicate a strategic vision for goTenna across Marine Corps commands.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute growth strategies across USMC by identifying opportunities and shaping product direction.
• Lead capture strategies to win new opportunities and achieve bookings growth.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with Marine Corps program offices and stakeholders.
• Navigate budgeting, procurement, and acquisition processes to fund and win opportunities.
• Drive partner collaboration across external partners and internal teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver customer-focused initiatives and revenue growth.
