Job summary

FlightSafety International is seeking a DevOps Engineer to support architecture/engineering for simulator and software solutions. You will help build reusable infrastructure standards, guide target-state configurations, and optimize deployment pipelines across on-prem and cloud environments.

The role emphasizes IaC, CI/CD, observability, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve service health and automation. On-site work in the Oklahoma area is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience in Infrastructure Engineering, DevOps, or SRE roles (0–2 years for entry, up to 2 years for new grads).
• Hands-on experience with cloud and on-prem environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiarity with Terraform and modern CI/CD tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor and improve system reliability, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with development, security, QA, and operations teams to automate workflows.
• Produce clear design, architecture, and deployment documentation.
