Job summary

FlightSafety International Inc. is seeking a DevOps Engineer to drive architecture and management of engineering and simulation solutions across on-prem and cloud environments in the United States.

You will champion IaC, CI/CD, and observability to enable reliable, scalable systems. You will collaborate with software, security, and operations teams, mentor engineers, and promote DevSecOps practices while delivering target-state infrastructure configurations and automation across the engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in Infrastructure Engineering, DevOps, or SRE.
• Hands-on with cloud and on-prem environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Mastery of Terraform and configuration management.
• Strong CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high uptime and robust service delivery.
• Write modular, version-controlled infrastructure configurations (IaC).
• Design, monitor, and manage application performance and reliability.
• Lead incident response and collaborate to automate workflows.
