Job summary

FlightSafety International is seeking a DevOps Engineer to drive modernization of our engineering and simulation platforms. The role emphasizes automation, scalable infrastructure, and secure deployment pipelines across cloud and on‑prem environments.

You will implement IaC, manage containers, and optimize SDLC with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced aviation training context. A bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 3–5 years in Infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE roles.
• Hands-on experience with production workloads in cloud or on‑prem.
• Mastery of IaC tools (Terraform) and configuration management.
• Strong CI/CD knowledge and automated deployment pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high availability, uptime, and robust performance of systems.
• Develop modular IaC for scalable on‑prem or cloud environments.
• Monitor performance, investigate anomalies, and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with teams to automate workflows and improve SDLC.
