Job summary

QTS Data Centers is seeking an entry-level professional to support development project execution and build foundational knowledge in construction, logistics, and project lifecycles.

You will assist with schedules, data collection, documentation, and stakeholder communications while working under direction and within defined processes. A collaborative team environment and growth opportunities are emphasized.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of relevant experience is required.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of development projects by completing clearly defined tasks under direction.
• Assist in maintaining project schedules, logs, trackers, and documentation repositories.
• Collect, validate, and input project data (budgets, timelines, vendor information, reporting updates).
• Participate in team meetings and provide status updates on assigned tasks.
• Coordinate basic communication with internal stakeholders to gather or share information.
• Escalate risks, delays, or inconsistencies to more senior team members promptly.
• Support vendor and contractor coordination activities (e.g., scheduling, document collection).
• Ensure documentation is accurate, organized, and compliant with established standards.
• Follow defined processes, tools, and safety/compliance requirements without deviation.
• Continuously build knowledge of construction, logistics, and project lifecycle processes.
