Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative activities of the Development department.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of three direct reports.
• Manage vendor relationships and prepare data reports and BI deliverables.
• Help build and manage Development's annual expense budget and gift income projections.
• Serve as liaison to Hoover’s Finance and IT teams.
