Responsibilities

• Oversee Development Operations activities including HR compliance, vendor management, finance and budget management, gift processing and data reporting/BI.
• Mentor and manage three direct reports and drive performance development.
• Coordinate with Hoover Finance and IT to ensure data security, financial reconciliation, and system transitions.
