Reporting to the Senior Director of Development, you will coordinate stewardship communications with donors, support the Finance team, and ensure timely, accurate data to drive donor satisfaction and program impact.

Job description

The Development Operations Manager is a mission-critical position, a key member of the Building Bridges Across the River Development team, and responsible for the department’s donor database, database tracking, acknowledgments, and stewardship to ensure donor satisfaction.

We are seeking a dedicated team member who is passionate about community-driven programming and has a strong understanding of our Ward 8 communities and surrounding areas east of the river. This position requires someone who can combine discipline and attention to detail with the ability to creatively identify and respond to *new opportunities. Working closely with the Development team, you will report to the Senior Director of Development and be responsible for maximizing the use of the donor database. Additionally, you will ensure effective communication with the Finance team and management throughout the organization, maintain data integrity, produce timely reports, and coordinate stewardship communication with current and potential donors.
