You will ensure accurate processing across revenue sources, maintain donor records, and support reporting and reconciliation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in administrative or operational support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Google suites.
• Experience with Excel formulas.
• Familiarity with databases and data uploads.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day gift processing and revenue operations, ensuring accurate processing across all revenue sources.
• Process contribution and payment data, including bulk uploads, weekly ACH files, and CRM entry.
• Maintain accurate gift and donor records with timely data updates and quality checks.
• Support reconciliation and reporting by providing accurate transaction data and documentation.
• Serve as a front-line systems resource for Development, assisting with tools and workflows.
• Participate in process and systems improvement efforts to drive automation and efficiency.
• Provide backup coverage for the membership inbox and phone; support cross-functional workflows.
