Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years of nonprofit development operations, fundraising support, or related administrative roles.
• Experience with donor databases/CRMs and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential administrative support across Development and Communications.
• Process gifts, donor correspondence, and department invoicing.
• Support donor acknowledgment, events invoicing, SharePoint and systems organization.
• Draft donor-facing communications and coordinate cross-team information flow.
• Maintain confidentiality and support audits and year-end fundraising processes.
