Addison Group is seeking a Development Associate in Washington, DC (Hybrid) for a 5–6 month contract. The role supports the fundraising team with donor recordkeeping, outreach coordination, event support, and general development functions, offering an entry point in donor relations and fundraising strategy.
Responsibilities include donor communications, donor research, CRM upkeep (Salesforce preferred), data analysis, and materials preparation for meetings and proposals.
