Advancement Project National Office seeks a Development Associate to support strategic fundraising efforts and donor relations. The role reports to the Managing Director for Development and Fundraising and collaborates with the Development Team to identify funding sources and track campaigns.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1-3 years of development experience.

• Manage Raiser's Edge database with donor records, weekly gift entry, and acknowledgments.
• Conduct prospect research on foundations, corporations, and individuals.
• Coordinate donor events logistics and year-end mailings.
• Assist in coordinating grants calendar and proposals with senior staff.
• Support funder communications and updates across teams.
• Assist with gift reconciliation and finance coordination.
