Job summary

Veggies to Table is a nonprofit grow-to-donate farm in Newcastle, Maine. We are seeking a highly organized Development Coordinator who loves data, systems, and fundraising.

This role partners with our Executive Director and Development & Communications Manager to strengthen donor data, automate communications, and support grants and events. In this hands-on position you will manage our donor CRM (Bloomerang), enter gifts, create donor segments and reports, and help grow our fundraising program

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience working in a nonprofit, preferably in development admin, fundraising, donor relations, or nonprofit operations.
• Comfortable working with data, databases, spreadsheets, and systems.
• Experience with a donor CRM; Bloomerang experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage donor CRM (Bloomerang) day-to-day, keeping donor records, preferences, and engagement history up to date.
• Enter and process gifts, pledges, sponsorships, and notes.
• Create donor segments, reports, and lists; develop donor journeys and automated communications.
