Urban Farming Institute of Boston (UFI) seeks a Development Operations Coordinator to oversee gift entry, donor reporting, and data management in support of annual fundraising initiatives. The role collaborates with management to ensure accurate accounting, donor communications, and timely acknowledgments.

The position requires 1+ year(s) in development or fundraising, a bachelor's degree preferred, and strong MS Office/Teams skills.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in development and/or fundraising.
• Non-profit sector experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and Teams; ability to quickly learn other software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and execute all aspects of gift entry in Little Green Light.
• Prepare bank deposits in partnership with management.
• Ensure accurate accounting and gift reconciliation monthly.
• Produce donor reports and mailing lists per protocols.
• Keep donor data updated and refreshed in Constant Contact.
• Maintain hard and electronic filing systems for gifts.
