Job summary

Pressley Ridge is seeking a Development Operations Coordinator (Development Associate) to support fundraising initiatives, manage the RENXT donor database, coordinate special events, and oversee day‑to‑day operations for the Development Department, while reinforcing our culture and mission.

The role involves nurturing donor relationships, analyzing fundraising data, researching prospects, and updating records to help attract support from individuals, corporations and foundations in our community.

Qualifications

• Requires 1 year of experience in nonprofit or fundraising.
• Experience in development department preferred.
• Experience with donor databases preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Clearances: State Police, FBI, and Child Abuse clearances.

Responsibilities

• Nurture relationships with donors and cultivate giving opportunities.
• Analyze data and prepare reports to guide fundraising strategies.
• Research prospects including individuals, corporations and foundations.
• Update donor records in the RENXT database.
• Assist in all parts of the donor cycle to build relationships.
• Develop and maintain research material for the Development Department.
