Job summary

Pressley Ridge is seeking a Development Associate to support fundraising initiatives, manage the RENXT database, coordinate events, and handle day-to-day operations for the Development Department. You will engage new individual donors, corporations, and foundations to secure philanthropic support.

This role requires strong communication, discretion, and the ability to work with internal teams and external stakeholders. Hybrid work arrangement with occasional evenings for events.

Qualifications

• One (1) year experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience in non-profit, development, fundraising or related environment.
• Experience with Development database systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Nurture relationships with donors and identify giving opportunities while inviting additional support.
• Analyze data and prepare reports to assist fundraising strategies.
• Conduct research on prospects including individuals, corporations and foundations for private funds.
• Document input and update donor records in the RENXT database.
• Assist in all parts of the donor cycle to build relationships.
• Develop and maintain research material used by the Development Department.
