Job summary

Nashville Repertory Theatre is seeking a Development Coordinator to provide administrative, database, and front-line support for the Development Department. This role emphasizes donor data integrity, donor/patron service, and coordination of meetings, events, and sponsorship benefits.

Evening and weekend work is required during productions. The successful candidate will have experience with Tessitura (CRM) and strong attention to detail, with excellent written and verbal communication,

Willingness to work evenings and weekends during performances.
Prior database management experience; Tessitura or similar CRM preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Database Management & Prospect Research: Manage Tessitura data entry and maintenance; support donor management and reporting.
Donor & Patron Relations: Provide frontline service to donors and patrons; assist with meetings and events.
Process & Operations: Learn and refine development processes to scale fundraising operations.
Board Engagement: Assist in board meetings and prepare materials; maintain engagement dashboards.
Sponsorship: Track and manage sponsorship packages and benefits.
Events & Performances: Support development during shows during evenings/weekends.
