Job summary

Red Feather Development Group is seeking a Development Coordinator to support grant research, reporting, and donor engagement. You will manage data entry in the donor CRM, assist with campaigns and communications, and help coordinate events and stewardship activities.

The role operates under the Development Manager and focuses on administrative execution, grant administration, and donor communications to ensure accurate, timely functions aligned with organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, nonprofit management, public administration, marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years of nonprofit development, communications, or administrative experience.
• Experience with donor databases (DonorDock, Salesforce, Bloomerang) or similar CRM.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Experience managing social media accounts for an organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Research prospective foundation, corporate, and government funding opportunities and summarize for review.
• Prepare grant reports by collecting program data and documentation.
• Enter donations into CRM accurately and timely.
• Prepare donor acknowledgments and tax receipts within deadlines.
• Coordinate donor engagement activities and event logistics.
• Support communications, newsletters, and website content updates.
