Run for Something is recruiting a Development Senior Associate to support the Development Team under the VP of Development. The role focuses on donor pipeline management, stewardship, and coordinating fundraising efforts across a busy schedule.

The Senior Associate will handle administrative tasks, donor communications, database maintenance (NGP), and prospect research to advance fundraising priorities while aligning with DEI goals and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting development teams and donors.
• Proficiency with fundraising databases and donor outreach processes.
• Ability to manage schedules, travel, and event logistics.

Responsibilities

• Support VP of Development and Major Gifts Manager with donor pipeline and reporting.
• Track expenses, plan travel, schedule donor meetings, and support event planning and follow-up.
• Coordinate fundraising trips and prepare materials for donor meetings.
• Lead donor management and database administration.
• Maintain accurate donor records and meeting notes; create lists for invitations and stewardship.
• Manage internal data for the development team and support follow-ups.
• Research prospects and identify opportunities to upgrade existing donors; find top prospects.
