Job summary

Denton Floyd Real Estate Group is a vertically integrated real estate firm seeking a Development Manager to drive projects from concept through stabilization within our Development team. This generalist, asset-agnostic role manages feasibility, entitlements, design, financing, and construction coordination.

It is suited to hands-on professionals with 4–7 years of real estate development experience who will drive end-to-end projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, business, construction management, urban planning, civil engineering, or related field.
• 4–7 years of progressive real estate development experience.
• Strong financial modeling and underwriting skills with Excel.
• Experience managing multiple development lifecycle phases.
• Familiarity with entitlements, due diligence, design coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full development lifecycle from feasibility to delivery.
• Coordinate entitlements, design, and pre-development activities.
• Support financing with capital markets and lender reporting.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and risk.
• Ensure cross-functional collaboration across teams.
