About the Role

Involved early: pre-development, not just construction

Exposure to full lifecycle: entitlements, design, budgeting, construction, delivery

Expected to think like an owner — not just manage tasks

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from pre-development through completion and stabilization
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants
• Partner with development and asset management teams
• Contribute to design development, budgeting, and feasibility
• Manage schedules, costs, and project risk
• Ensure alignment with long-term investment and value creation goals

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in real estate development or project management
• Exposure to the full development lifecycle (not just construction execution)
• Experience with design coordination and construction oversight
• Pre-development or entitlement experience is a plus
• Ability to think beyond task execution and understand the full deal
• Comfortable in a lean, entrepreneurial environment
• Strong communicator; able to work across internal and external stakeholders
