Job summary

Core Spaces is seeking a New Development Manager to drive go-to-market plans for new projects and lead leasing strategies across markets. You will build and manage partnerships with local businesses, academic institutions, and community stakeholders to maximize leasing opportunities and brand presence.

You will oversee lease execution, train the New Development team, and coordinate with revenue ops to stay ahead of market trends while ensuring pre-lease milestones and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years proven experience in leasing, real estate development, or property management, with a track record of successful lease-ups.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Suite and Windows and/or Apple operating systems.
• High School graduate; college degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop go-to-market strategies to promote brand awareness and lease-ups for new developments.
• Cultivate partnerships with local businesses, academic institutions, and community stakeholders.
• Lead lease execution and onboard New Development Assistants with training.
• Conduct market analysis on trends, pricing, and competition with revenue ops.
• Adapt leasing strategies to generate awareness and leads.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a successful lease-up process.
• Oversee day-to-day sales in the temporary leasing space.
• Hire, train, and manage the temporary leasing office and localized sales team.
