Core Spaces, LLC is seeking a Leasing and Marketing Associate to be the initial touchpoint for prospective residents, delivering a warm, informative leasing experience. You will leverage marketing strategies, your network, and a passion for people to drive occupancy and brand presence across campus and local markets.

You will engage with students, families, and groups, tour communities, and convert interest into leases while coordinating events, outreach, and daily campus activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or related fields preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsabilités

• Connect with prospective residents to build rapport and understand housing needs.
• Guide prospects through the leasing process with professional, high-quality service.
• Close leases using effective sales techniques and align floorplans with lifestyles.
• Conduct tours of the community highlighting features and amenities.
• Execute campus outreach to generate leads and raise brand awareness.
• Organize events to attract potential residents and opportunities for tours.
• Be available for a full shift, evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
