Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of grant writing and grant portfolio management.
• 1-3 years of experience with CRM software systems; Tessitura experience preferred.
• Professional writing and editing skills with persuasive narratives; will be asked to provide writing samples.
• Basic data analysis skills.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive and self-motivated; can work under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with current grantors and regularly prospect new funding opportunities.
• Keep Grants and Reports Tracker and internal grants management resources updated and organized.
• Prepare drafts for internal review and submit grant proposals and LOIs timely; coordinate narratives, outcomes, timelines, and budgets with Leadership.
• Prepare and manage grant reporting requirements with Programming/Finance/Administrative teams.
• Request and manage grant reimbursements and disbursements as needed.
• Prepare, track, and manage donation acknowledgements from individuals, foundations, and corporations.
• Support fundraising efforts, including special events, under the Director of Development.
