Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; fundraising and donor relations experience preferred.
• Three or more years in development/fundraising, including donor relations and grants management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising plan with Executive Director and Board.
• Identify, cultivate, and steward donors and corporate/foundation sponsors.
• Develop grant proposals and manage grants from application to closeout.
• Plan and execute donor communications and campaigns; manage fundraising data and reporting.
• Oversee events, campaigns, and budget processes; report to the Board.
