Job summary

ATASK is seeking a Development Associate to support its fundraising, communications, and development operations. This role is integral to building donor engagement while managing the donor database and creating marketing materials.

The position offers a hybrid model of work, with both in-person and remote opportunities. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about empowering Asian survivors of domestic violence.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in nonprofit development, fundraising, or communications.
• Strong technology skills, including donor databases and email marketing.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage ATASK’s donor database and digital fundraising systems.
• Develop marketing and communication materials for donor engagement.
• Support fundraising campaigns, events, and community engagement initiatives.
