Job summary

Residing Hope seeks a Donor Services Coordinator to support gift processing, donor records and reporting. You will handle 100-300 gifts weekly, create records, respond to inquiries, and ensure accuracy in data entry. Strong MS Office and Raiser's Edge experience preferred; HS diploma required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; 2 years’ experience in development/fundraising preferred.
• Experience with Raiser’s Edge or similar donor management system preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required; data-entry accuracy important.

Responsibilities

• Process and record approximately 100-300 gifts weekly and generate gift acknowledgements within 48 hours of gift receipt.
• Create new donor records, update addresses, notes, relationships and related information.
• Welcome occasional visitors and accept deliveries.
• Prepare deposits and code information for data-entry; verify accuracy and scan/edit for errors.
• Respond to donor and staff inquiries and resolve transactional issues.
• Identify unusual giving patterns and inform leadership for follow-up.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
