Job summary

Denver Rescue Mission is seeking a Donor Services Coordinator to manage daily donor processing, receipting, and reporting, ensuring a donor-centric experience across departments.

The role entails batch review, data entry in Salesforce, and generating timely acknowledgments while upholding ethical fundraising standards. Experience with Omatic and Salesforce preferred; occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Analytical with ability to reconcile data from multiple databases.
• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with donors.
• High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365; Salesforce and ImportOmatic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily mail opening, analysis, and processing.
• Review Aquirt batches for errors; update codes and notes.
• Post gifts to Salesforce and prepare electronic bank deposits.
• Import online and third-party gifts into Salesforce via Omatic; ensure donor data accuracy.
• Enter GIKs into Salesforce weekly; send daily results via email.
• Maintain donor records and accurate allocations to campaigns and funds.
• Generate and mail personalized receipts, tax acknowledgments, and thank-you letters.
