Job summary

Win - Women in Need is seeking a Development Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations of our development team, ensuring accurate donor gift processing and maintenance of donor records. You will support campaigns and events, manage data quality, and deliver timely stewardship communications.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting donor operations or nonprofit fundraising is a plus.
• Attention to data quality and accuracy in donor records.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Process donor gifts accurately and timely, including checks, credit cards, wire transfers, stock gifts, and donor-advised fund contributions.
• Generate and distribute donor acknowledgment letters and stewardship communications.
• Maintain accurate donor records and data within Salesforce.
• Perform data quality reviews and ensure the integrity of donor information.
• Prepare deposit documentation and support gift reconciliation processes with Finance.
• Maintain organized records and supporting documentation for gifts, deposits, and donor activity.
• Support fundraising campaigns and events through data entry, donor tracking, and reporting.
• Respond to donor inquiries and provide administrative support to the Development team.
• Process Development mail and gift-related correspondence.
• Participate in cross-training and support other administrative projects as assigned.
• Communicate workload status, processing needs, and operational issues proactively.
