Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience with processing database records.
• Raiser's Edge or fundraising database experience desirable.
• Well organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite; comfortable with database systems.
• Fast and accurate keyboarding skills.
• Able to learn complex data entry codes quickly.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build internal/external relationships.
• Integrity and reliability.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Maintains database integrity with emphasis on demographic management.
• Processes contributions in Raiser's Edge 7/NXT including high-volume entry via Omatic.
• Produces acknowledgment letters and tax documentation using MS Word/Excel mail merge.
• Maintains files of gifts, supporting documentation and acknowledgments.
• Generates and distributes contribution reports.
• Completes database and development projects as assigned.
• Keeps high customer service and accuracy standards in line with Development Operations.
• Participates in training on best practices for gift and record procedures.
