Job summary

Veggies to Table is a nonprofit grow-to-donate farm in Newcastle, Maine, seeking a Development Coordinator who loves data and systems. You will strengthen fundraising operations by managing donor data, processing gifts, and creating donor journeys with an emphasis on automation.

You will work closely with leadership to optimize Bloomerang usage, grant tracking, and event support, while maintaining accuracy and donor relationships in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in nonprofit development admin, fundraising, donor relations, or nonprofit operations.
• Excellent organization skills and love for data, databases, and systems.
• Experience with donor CRM; Bloomerang is a plus.
• Comfort with learning new tech and using automation/AI to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Maintain donor CRM day-to-day with accurate donor records and engagement history.
• Enter gifts, pledges, sponsorships, and notes; create donor segments and reports.
• Develop donor journeys, workflows, and automated communications for stewardship and events.
• Identify opportunities to improve CRM use and data-driven fundraising.
