Job summary

Murphy-Harpst Children's Centers Inc. seeks an experienced Advancement Manager to lead the nonprofit donor CRM strategy using Bloomerang, shaping how the team interacts with donors and manages data. The role partners with the VP of Advancement and supervises the Advancement Services Coordinator.

You will oversee move management, data hygiene, and reporting for donor relations and Board updates, while coordinating marketing content and staff coaching.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing a nonprofit CRM at a strategic level.
• Solid understanding of CRM data architecture, fund/campaign structures, and dashboards.
• Experience architecting moves management systems and coaching staff.
• Strong organizational and project-coordination skills to rollout multi-step systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead donor CRM strategy and day-to-day operations for the VP of Advancement.
• Architect move management pipelines and ensure effective donor relations.
• Train and supervise the Advancement Services Coordinator and fundraising Directors.
• Coordinate content traffic across marketing partners and CRM-triggered donor touchpoints.
• Prepare donor data, reports, and analyses for Board presentations.
