Job summary

San Francisco Chamber seeks a part-time Development Operations & CRM Specialist to support fundraising, donor data management, reporting and gift processing in our San Rafael office.

You will maintain donor records, process contributions, generate reports, and ensure accuracy of development operations while collaborating with the Director of Development. This temporary assignment runs for 2-3 months with a flexible 25-30 hour work week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in nonprofit development operations, donor database administration, or related work.
• Experience with CRM/database systems; Bloomerang experience strongly preferred.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including reporting and data reconciliation.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT preferred.
• Experience supporting fundraising events or event coordination activities a plus.

Part-Time Development & CRM Specialist - Temp, 2-3 months - San Rafael - $30-$34/hour

We are seeking a Development Operations & CRM Specialist to support fundraising operations, donor data management, reporting, and gift processing. Working closely with the Director of Development, this role will maintain donor records, process contributions, support reporting, and ensure the accuracy of development operations.

• Start Date: Immediate opening
• Duration : 2-3 months
• Location : Onsite, San Rafael
• Schedule : Part-time, 25-30 hours per week (flexible schedule during regular business hours)
• Pay Rate : $30-$34/hour DOE
