Qualifications

• Must show evidence of good writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong writing, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Experience with donor databases and data entry preferred; willingness to learn new programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support for the fundraising unit within the Foundation.
• Partner with development officers to plan and execute fundraising events.
• Support donor relations: drafting thank you letters, stewardship letters and briefs.
• Enter data into the donor database, run queries and evaluate donor reports.
• Provide logistical support for special events, including planning and execution.
• Coordinate calendars, maintain filing systems and assist with donor campaigns.
