Job summary

The role requires at least a bachelor’s degree and 4 years of fundraising experience, with strong communication skills and proficiency with donor management tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or other related field.
• 4 years of experience in lower level major gifts or annual giving.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage applicable giving programs, including strategy, budget, communications, solicitations, and data tracking.
• Execute donor strategy through phone, email, mail, and face-to-face communication.
• Renew 80% of assigned donors yearly.
• Identify Major Gifts and Planned Giving prospects and contribute to donor transfer.
