Children's National Hospital in Silver Spring, MD seeks an Assistant Director (AD) of Donor Advancement & Upgrades to lead unrestricted revenue growth and donor stewardship. You will manage a portfolio of annual gift and low-level major gift prospects, coordinating with the Direct Response team to drive donor engagement.

The role focuses on sustaining donors, building long-term relationships, and increasing donor lifetime value through proactive outreach and personalized stewardship.

Formación

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to build donor relationships.
• Interpersonal skills, tact, and professionalism in a fundraising environment.
• Experience in developing and executing donor strategies and tactics to meet goals.

Responsabilidades

• Manage fundraising strategy, budget, communications, solicitations, and data tracking for applicable giving programs.
• Identify and cultivate donors; renewals and upgrades; manage face-to-face donor meetings and moves to higher gifts.
