Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 4 years of fundraising experience with major gifts or high-end annual gifts.
• Strong donor relationship cultivation and stewardship experience.
• Experience with Raiser's Edge or similar donor management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage fundraising programs, including strategy, budget, communications, solicitations, and data tracking.
• Execute donor strategy through phone, email, mail, and face-to-face communication; renew 80% of assigned donors annually.
• Identify Major Gifts and Planned Giving prospects and contribute to successful donor transfers.
• Maintain donor relationships and communicate the mission to donors and colleagues.
