Job summary

Youth Haven is seeking a Development/Donor Services coordinator to support the Development Department with donor administration, event coordination, and communications. This full-time role may require occasional evening and weekend hours for events.

The position emphasizes managing donor data, preparing reports, and assisting with donor stewardship to support the mission of providing home, hope, and healing for foster youth in Southwest Florida.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Pleasant demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Create the donor list to invite to events.
• Collaborate with the development team to manage events and sponsorships.
• Coordinate event logistics, invitations, ticketing, and volunteer assignments.
• Update and maintain the Donor Perfect database daily.
• Prepare donor thank-you letters within 72 hours of gifts.
