Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Developer I, Application Systems to join our team. The role ensures alignment with IT Enterprise Services to support customer-focused objectives and the IT Vision, delivering innovative ideas and services to simplify lives.

It involves development support, design, programming, and implementing custom processes across enterprise systems and vendor apps. The role drives citizen development, collaborates with IT Analysts and business users to gather requirements,

Qualifications

Associate’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
1+ year relevant work experience preferred.
Knowledge of programming languages and environments using structured techniques; system analysis and design principles.
Hands-on enterprise application troubleshooting experience.
Working knowledge of network, Windows OS, databases, automation, and Agile.
Data privacy practices awareness (SSAE16, HIPAA, URAC).
Ability to interact cooperatively with others.

Responsibilities

Provide responsive technical assistance and document configuration to support processes.
Work independently to understand and document business needs.
Collaborate with functional teams to ensure optimal operations of application development.
Support change control and testing processes for modifications to application systems.
Research and implement innovative, automated approaches to business needs.
Identify approaches that leverage resources and economies of scale.
Develop and maintain documentation of custom processes.
Provide backup administration support to other ASA teammates.
Provide after-hours support.
Develop within Microsoft SaaS platforms (Teams, SharePoint, CoPilot) and Power Platform with RPA experience.
Develop within Atlassian SaaS, Oracle Fusion, ORMB, OIC ERP, and Dynamics CRM platforms.
Manage data movement tools like SmartConnect.
Other duties as assigned.
