Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Developer I, Application Systems to join our team. The role ensures alignment with IT Enterprise Services to support customer-focused objectives and the IT Vision, delivering innovative ideas, solutions and services to simplify people’s lives.

You will develop, design, and implement custom processes within enterprise systems and vendor applications, driving citizen development where appropriate, working with IT Analysts and business users to meet

Qualifications

Associate’s degree in the field of Computer Science or equivalent work experience required
1+ year relevant work experience preferred
Knowledge of programming languages and environments using structured techniques; system analysis and design principles
Hands-on enterprise application troubleshooting experience
Working technical knowledge of network, PC, Windows Operating systems, Microsoft/Oracle databases, process automation, and Agile Project Methodology
Experience documenting and maintaining configuration and process information
Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws; including SSAE16, HIPPA, and URAC
Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees

Responsibilities

Provide responsive technical assistance and document configuration to support processes
Work independently to understand and document business needs
Work with additional functional teams to ensure optimal operations of application development
Support change control and testing processes for modifications to application systems
Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches to business needs
Identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale
Develop and maintain documentation of custom processes
Provide backup administration support to other ASA teammates
Provide after-hours support
Development within Microsoft SaaS platforms including Teams, SharePoint, and CoPilot
Development within the Microsoft Power Platform with hands-on experience in RPA development, with expertise in complex bot development and automating revenue-related workflows preferred
Development within Atlassian SaaS platforms
Development within Oracle Fusion, ORMB, OIC ERP platforms
Development within Dynamics (D365) CRM Platform
Development Administration within Data movement tools like SmartConnect
Other duties as assigned
