Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Strategy Manager to join the Developer GTM Strategy & Incubation team in New York. You will help plan and execute high-priority GTM programs across Cloudflare, turning market moments into coordinated engagement.

The role requires a strong background in strategy, business ops, or revenue ops, and thrives in fast-paced environments. You will balance multiple priorities across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in GTM strategy, operations, or similar cross-functional roles.
• Experience leading complex initiatives across Sales, Product, Marketing, Enablement.
• Strong judgment; ability to simplify ambiguity into actionable plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate priorities into plans with clear owners, milestones, decisions, and success metrics.
• Lead or co-own planning and execution for high-priority GTM programs and initiatives.
• Build cross-functional alignment across GTM, Product, Marketing, Sales, Enablement, Growth, and Tech teams.
• Develop internal narratives, leader talking points, and field-enabled guidance for teams.
• Drive broader Strategy & Incubation work and incubate new motions until durable ownership is established.
