Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Strategy Manager to join the Developer GTM Strategy & Incubation team. You will plan and execute high-priority GTM programs across Cloudflare, turning market moments into coordinated engagement.

This role thrives in fast-paced environments, balancing multiple priorities, and translating strategic priorities into actionable plans with clear ownership and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in GTM strategy, business operations, or related cross‑functional roles.
• Experience driving complex initiatives across Sales, Product, Marketing, Enablement, and executive stakeholders.
• Strong judgment with ability to simplify ambiguity into actionable plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; translate leadership direction into narratives and plans.
• Strong program management skills: timelines, work streams, risks, and follow‑through.
• Experience leading high‑impact GTM programs like SKOs, events, or cross‑functional planning cycles.
• High ownership with bias for action and ability to align teams without direct authority.
• Strong business acumen; use data to define success metrics and tradeoffs.
• Curiosity about technical products and developer platforms and consumption‑led GTM motions.

Responsibilities

• Translate priorities into plans by partnering with GTM leadership to define work streams, owners, milestones, decisions, and success measures.
• Lead planning and execution for high-priority GTM programs such as Cloudflare Connect, SKO, Build Week initiatives, and enablement programs.
• Build cross-functional alignment across Developer GTM, Product, Marketing, Sales, Enablement, Growth, and other teams.
• Develop internal narratives, leader talking points, field enablement, and stakeholder updates.
• Support broader Strategy & Incubation work by leading high-priority projects and incubating new motions until measurable and ownership-ready.
