Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Developer GTM Strategy & Incubation Manager to lead technical programs and coordinate cross-functional GTM efforts. You will work with Solutions Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Professional Services to turn high-value engagements into repeatable programs.

You’ll help define operating rhythms, measure program impact, and accelerate revenue through efficient technical motions across Austin, NY, and SF locations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in GTM strategy, business operations, or technical program management.
• Experience with technical customer-facing teams such as Solutions Architects, Sales Engineers, or Professional Services.
• Strong technical fluency and understanding of customer architectures and developer platforms.
• Proven program management across complex work streams with accountability.
• Ability to operate independently with strong ownership.
• Excellent cross-functional communication to align stakeholders.
• Customer-centric mindset with SaaS/PLG background is a plus.
• Comfort working under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong analytical skills with CRM data and dashboards to prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale technical programs: design proactive programs and repeatable playbooks.
• Coordinate strategic customer engagement: project manage high-priority initiatives.
• Plan and scale technical onsite visits: planning, staffing, and measurement.
• Improve prioritization and visibility: maintain view of engagements and resources.
• Support Professional Services packaging and commercialization: pricing and business cases.
• Incubate and launch new technical programs: lead projects to measurable outcomes.
