Job summary

Airwallex is seeking a Senior Developer Content Specialist to create high-quality, developer-facing content that explains product capabilities and real usage to founders and technical teams. You’ll own the storytelling, case studies, integrations teardowns, and technical explainers, collaborating with Product and Engineering to turn new capabilities into compelling narratives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience creating technical or developer-facing content.
• Ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them clearly to developers.
• Proven track record of owning content initiatives from opportunity identification through to published output.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and driving outcomes with limited structure or resources.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills for developer audiences.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams.
• Experience in fintech, payments, or developer platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own developer-facing editorial content: narrative case studies, integration stories, technical deep dives, and reference architectures.
• Proactively identify high-potential stories from customers, partners, and internal teams, and turn them into content.
• Produce integration teardowns and technical explainers for developers and technical founders.
• Own publishing and distribution of developer content across YouTube, X/social media, Airwallex website, and developer hub.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content supports founders, startups, and technical decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities to improve how stories are sourced and developed, and implement lightweight processes.
