Job summary

Airwallex is seeking a Solutions Engineer in the United States to partner with Engineering, Product, and Sales teams. You will work with partners to ensure a world-class, end-to-end customer experience through deep knowledge of multi-system API integrations and the Airwallex product stack.

You will engage with engineers, product managers, and executives to design solutions, deliver demos, and drive successful customer outcomes while adhering to compliance and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work with customers, partners, and engineering teams.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs into web applications.
• Executive engagement and strong communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design solutions with account executives to address client challenges in pre-sales and design stages.
• Develop proofs of concept on top of Airwallex, present demonstrations, and help clients visualize target state.
• Identify and troubleshoot integration issues; ensure best practices for developer experience.
• Provide strategic insights to product teams to improve implementation speed and reduce friction.
• Own end-to-end deliverables in the project lifecycle and align with the project plan.
