Airwallex is seeking an experienced technical content creator to lead developer-facing content, turning complex product capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate with developers and technical founders.

You'll own the end-to-end content lifecycle, identify high-potential stories, and partner with Product and Engineering to publish narratives that drive awareness and adoption across channels.

Qualifications

7+ years creating technical or developer-facing content.
Ability to translate complex tech into clear narratives.
Proven ownership of content initiatives from idea to published output.
Comfort with ambiguity and limited resources.
Excellent writing and storytelling for developer audiences.
Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering.

Responsibilities

Own developer-facing editorial content: narrative case studies, integration stories, and technical explainers.
Identify high-potential stories from customers and partners.
Produce teardowns and explainers for developers to evaluate and adopt Airwallex.
Own publishing and distribution across YouTube, X, the Airwallex website, and developer hub.
Collaborate with internal teams to align content with founder, startup, and developer priorities.
Improve how stories are sourced and developed to raise quality and speed.
