Block Iron & Supply Company Inc. is seeking a Detailing Assistant to support the Detailing Department. You will help ensure projects are scheduled, organized, and entered into internal systems for successful execution.

You will collaborate closely with Estimators, Detailers and Project Managers to maintain timelines and keep documentation accurate and accessible. This full-time role requires a HS Diploma or GED, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the Sold board and add new projects to the Detailing Timeline.
• Update the Detailing Timeline from the Sold board and Estimators.
• Maintain accurate project status in the Detailing Timeline and move completed items.
• Perform project setup and data entry tasks.
• Review project information and BI Bid to understand each project.
