Byrider Roanoke in Roanoke, VA is seeking a dependable Title Clerk / Office Administrator to join our team.

You will process title and registration paperwork, verify documents for state compliance, maintain organized files, assist customers, and support the dealership team.

This full-time role offers Saturdays 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, starting pay of $16.00/hour with benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and paid training.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, clerical, or customer service roles.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with computers and able to learn new software.
• Experience with vehicle titles is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Process vehicle title and registration paperwork accurately.
• Verify documentation for state regulation compliance.
• Maintain organized files and records.
• Assist customers with title, registration, and documentation questions.
• Provide admin support to the dealership team.
• Enter and maintain data in company systems.
